- Prior year Notice of Reassessment
For General Bookkeeping
Banking
- Bank statements and cleared cheques
- Credit cards statements and receipts
- Deposit books and/or deposit slips
- Bank statements for any credit cards you accept
Accounts Payable
- Bills that you have paid
- Bills that need to be paid
- Expenses reports
- Personal credit card receipts
Accounts Receivable
- Copies of invoices and/or sales receipts
CRA Accounts
- Business number
- Copy of last GST remittance
- Copy of last source deduction remittance
