For Personal Tax Returns

For “Year Ends”

  • Prior year tax return
  • Prior year Notice of Reassessment

For General Bookkeeping

Banking
  • Bank statements and cleared cheques
  • Credit cards statements and receipts
  • Deposit books and/or deposit slips
  • Bank statements for any credit cards you accept
Accounts Payable
  • Bills that you have paid
  • Bills that need to be paid
  • Expenses reports
  • Personal credit card receipts
Accounts Receivable
  • Copies of invoices and/or sales receipts
CRA Accounts
  • Business number
  • Copy of last GST remittance
  • Copy of last source deduction remittance
